IT Enterprise Architect (Applications and Integration)

Liverpool – L24 8RF

Salary: £67,998.00 per annum

Permanent – 35 hours per week

Housingrecruit.com is currently advertising for an IT Enterprise Architect (Applications and Integration) on behalf of our client, a leading social housing provider based in Liverpool.

Our client is one the UK’s leading social housing and regeneration organisations.
A group of nonot-for-profitnd commercial companies with a charitable Housing Association at their core, they are fully committed to improving the lives of thousands of individuals and families with the overall aim of transforming lives and revitalising neighbourhoods.

This is an exciting opportunity for an IT Enterprise Architect (Applications and Integration) based in Liverpool Speke on a fulltime, permanent basis. They are looking to engage a suitably experienced individual with certification in an Enterprise Architecture method / framework and proven track record of successfully working at a strategic level as well as defining IT solutions for significant projects.

This is an excellent opportunity likely to suit an experienced Enterprise Architect who wants to be able to operate both strategically as well as in a "hands on" architect capacity. You will be extremely comfortable working with senior business leaders to shape thinking, whilst also leading technical teams in structuring and delivering solutions that progress the overall Business and IT strategies.

You will work within the Architecture function to own and shape the high-level target IT architectures and current and future IT applications and integration roadmaps for several large, complex domains across the Group.

You will also be specifically responsible for alignment of our applications and integration architecture to the business architecture as well as influencing the business to best exploit its application portfolio.

Therefore, you will need to be genuinely "T-Shaped" – owning the applications and integration domains - but demonstrating a breadth of experience to allow you to act as the end-to-end Lead Architect where the need or complexity demands.

As the resident expert when it comes to researching, identifying, analysing and make decisions regarding high-level IT solutions relevant to the assigned domain, you will help ensure cost effectiveness, flexibility, quality, operability and re-usability, whilst also influencing the IT strategy to underpin the Group’s overall strategic objectives.

We also require you to have experience of acting in a governance role, ideally as part of an Architecture Review Board or similar, overseeing complex portfolios of change.

This is a perfect opportunity to have influence over the architecture of one the UK’s leading social housing and regeneration organisations.

You will receive excellent pension scheme and great benefits plus your salary will increase by 10% after your first 12 months in accordance with Salary Review Guidelines and your performance.
