Trainee Insurance Sales Consultant
Manchester City Centre
£16-18,000 + Uncapped commission
We are working with a well established, FCA regulated Insurance Broker with awesome offices in Manchester city centre. They are looking for confident, lively, enthusiastic people with some previous sales experience, to join their team and work hard to become a fully fledged Insurance Consultant. Insurance experience is NOT essential for this role as full training is provided and you will be supported by your manager to gain all the skills you need to progress. This is an office based position and not a call centre environment.
As a trainee Insurance Sales Consultant, you will make outbound sales calls to customers to discuss their insurance policies and undertake a fact find to identify their needs. You will then pass the customer through to a qualified consultant who will raise a quote and complete the sale. You are targeted on the number of customers you transfer to a consultant that successfully complete at quote stage.
Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 11:00am - 7:30pm
Friday: 9:30am - 4:00pm
Weekends: CLOSED
Package: You will start on £16,000 an this will raise to £17,000 after 3 to 4 months once you have gained competency. You can earn an extra £1,000 on top of your basic by joining the training academy which starts at 10:15am Mon-Thurs and there is a very good tiered bonus structure in place that is very realistic and achievable. People in the team are earning £6-800 month bonus.
Progression: There is genuine career progression in this role and you will be trained to become a fully fledged Insurance Consultant earning £26,000 basic and a £48,000 OTE.
