IT Senior Application Analyst

As a result we now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Application Analyst.
To succeed in this role, it is essential that you have expert knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, VB.net, with substantial work experience within an IT service environment where the focus has been on providing first class support of business applications across a large user base.
Alongside these technical skills you will need to have the energy and passion to be able to work within a key core systems team, where the role will see you needing to swiftly rise to the demands of a pulsating atmosphere. You will provide first-class operational care using ITIL incident and problem management principles to support our extensive Store and Head Office IT systems in their use of both internal and external applications.
A desire and proficiency to understand and learn a broader range of technologies will be an expectation of the role.
You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong analytical and problem solving skills are vital as is the ability to manage your own workload within a fast moving environment and understanding priorities.
Above all else, you must understand the importance of the customer, and be motivated to build relationships and offer added value at every opportunity.

Salary: GBP33,500 - GBP40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus amazing benefits.
