This opportunity is perfect for those who love working in a fun, vibrant, customer focused office environment, as a customer service adviser, within a diverse team.

This large cutting edge company based in the heart of Nottingham is looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors to take inbound calls. You will be the first point of contact for these existing customers, and you will deal with their repair queries, booking and organising repairs for customers. So what do you need?
Ideally you will come from a Customer service/sales background however this is not essential.
You will thrive on targets - but always make sure that the customer`s interests come first.
You understand the customer`s perspective and have a natural ability to build a strong rapport by being a people person who loves to talk!

You would be working 37 hours per week between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday on a rota basis. They currently have in place a rota which means that everyone does their fair share of mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, and this ensures that they are available to customers when they need them.
