What will I be doing? 

As an Outbound Call Advisor, you will increase sales of PenCarrie’s clothing products to B2B customers. 

In this exciting role, you’ll contact both existing and prospective customers and promote the benefits of our products. You’ll help to grow and develop new business and increase existing accounts by following up on promotions and building strong working relationships. 

Additionally, you will: 

- Follow the customer call list programme and maintain the database of information 
- Thoroughly research customers to maximise the success of sales calls 
- Identify sound potential business and growth opportunities 
- Take part in Customer Service Advisor training to support the department during peak times 

What do I need? 

- Extensive experience of working in a targeted, telephone sales environment making outbound calls 
- Hands-on experience of working with call centre systems and numerical data and metrics 
- Knowledge and experience of customer service principles and practices 
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft programmes 
- A positive attitude and the ability to relate to people at all levels
