An enthusiastic, ambitious Customer Care Co-ordinator is required to provide project administration and office support for building development, refurbishment, restoration, and damage repair projects for a highly regarded fast growing company.

Working alongside Project Managers and reporting to the Projects Director, the Customer Care Co-ordinator will assist in the planning, communication and maintenance of construction work schedules and standards to ensure customer expectations are always met and often exceeded. The Customer Care Co-ordinator will also be responsible for creating job sheets and materials orders for smaller projects.

The company has been trading for over 20 years and is an expert in all aspects of building development, refurbishment, restoration, damage repair and customer care, establishing strong relationships with some of the biggest names in property, insurance and development sector.

Responsibilities:
- Compose, process, and/or edit Word/Excel information, documents and correspondence as requested.
- Read and distribute incoming mail/telephone calls.
- Maintain customer project files and communication logs.
- Provide administrative support to the Projects Director as required.
- Provide administrative support to Projects Managers when required.
- Manage site bookings database.
- Manage diaries for all Project Managers.
- Co-ordinate customer and supplier correspondence.
- Compose and distribute internal and external mail and correspondence, including e-mail, as appropriate.
- Perform general office support duties such as filing, scanning and copying.
- Support other administrative functions as a back-up resource in the department when required.
- Special projects as assigned.

Skills & Experience:
- Proven project administrative experience.
- Previous construction industry experience is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrated high level of confidentiality, independent judgement, tact and diplomacy.
- Knowledge of general office practices, procedures and equipment.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
- Ability to interact with senior level management.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Computer literate with a sound knowledge of Excel and Word.
