About the role
We are looking for an experienced Communications Manager to support the University’s mission and strategic objectives. You will be a key player in helping to raise the University’s profile regionally, nationally and internationally. You will enhance and protect the University’s reputation and help build pride in Bath Spa.
This is a great opportunity for an all-round communications professional to join an inspiring organisation, develop a small team and help shape the University’s internal and external communications strategy.
About you (requirements)
A high degree of competence in communications is required for this role, along with a creative and proactive approach to work and the ability to sustain performance in a complex, fast-paced environment.
You will be a flexible and motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be an experienced line manager and have extensive experience of working in a PR role. You will have a proven track record in delivering great internal communications.
An interest in Higher Education, teacher education, and the arts would be useful.
