IT Systems Analyst

As an experienced retailer and wholesaler their online presence and robust systems are key to their ability to provide quality products to their customers. On their path of continuous improvement they are always looking to streamline and refine their systems and processes; they are therefore now seeking to add a key hire to their professional, forward facing IT department. This is the perfect role for an IT Systems Analyst with experience within SME's.

You will possess excellent interpersonal, analytical, communication and team working skills, with a drive to provide excellent support to their staff at all levels. You should strive to take full ownership and responsibility for the systems you support and implement. You will bring your excellent troubleshooting skills to the business, with the initiative to resolve any issues you encounter and see them through to completion.

Familiarity with the following technologies/software are a requirement for the role:

- VMware 5
- Windows Server 2008/2012
- Microsoft Exchange 2016
- Active directory, DNS & DHCP
- VPN
- VLans
- Clustering, Replication & DR
- MS Office 2013, MS Windows 10

Some experience in the following technologies/software would be desirable:

- SonicWall appliances
- Dell T series servers
- Terminal Services
- EMC VNX San's
- HP Networking (WAN/LAN, IP, DNS, SNMP, Routing)
- Panasonic VOIP PBX
- Sage 200 2013, Arc Serve R16, Barracuda anti-spam & ESET Endpoint.

Support and training will be provided on an ongoing basis to ensure you are fully confident in your responsibilities, and are able to confidently manage and oversee the IT infrastructure of the business.
