We are a busy and growing Accountancy and Business Services Practice and are now looking to recruit the following:
FULL TIME ASSISTANT OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Supervised admin duties including and not limited to general administration, answering calls, sorting post, filing, arranging meetings & conference calls, making travel arrangements, handling petty cash and keeping account of the same.
The role provides for you to support the Partners and other staff in all administrative matters.
You will be enthusiastic and competent in Microsoft Office Applications.
Experience in an Accountancy Practice is an advantage but not essential.
You will ideally have at least two years’ experience in an office environment, and be comfortable working on your own initiative. Salary dependent on experience.
Interviews to be held prior to Christmas.
