Warehouse Operative Roles

We are looking to build on our warehouse team at DHL Scunthorpe. There are Warehouse Operative full time positions available for night and weekend shifts for a 6-month temporary, to permanent contracts. Reporting to a First Line Manager, your primary role would be order picking customer orders within a busy warehouse environment.  The rate of pay is £9.48 per hour basic, with an additional £2 per hours shift premium for Night Shift and Weekend Shift. There is additional performance related bonus, which pays up to £1.35 per hour.  An overtime rate pays at 1.5 or 2.0 basic pay.

Due to the nature of the role, you need to be able to lift and stack boxes and cases on to pallets or cages. You will be picking orders from racking using low-level order picking trucks and the voice-pick system.  Full training will be provided, from our onsite accredited training team.
