CLINICAL UNIT, CAMBRIDGE - WORKING WITH A MAJOR PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY
2 POSITIONS - CLINICAL TRIAL SYSTEM SUPPORT- full time for 14 months
Educated to A-level standard or equivalent.
Knowledge/experience in eDC, ORACLE, SQL. Experience in managing scientific/laboratory applications, end user training and support operations. Extensive knowledge of clinical pharmacology business and practices. Excellent oral, written and presentation skills. Knowledge and experience working under GxP and FDA regulations.
The end to end clinical trial process is underpinned by the clinical trial management system. This role is primarily to use the system and support other users of the system in conducting early phase clinical trials. Full training in the system will be provided so experience is not essential. The job holder will lead the system/database setup activities for studies ensuring that all study setups meet the requirements of the study team. They will work closely with study data managers to ensure study set up meet the data standards requirements for reporting and will also participate in team discussions which impact study design and conduct. They will also provide end user training and support for the system at the clinical unit.
