Maintenance Planning Supervisor

Due to continued success and growth, we are now looking to recruit a Maintenance Planning Supervisor for our team in Ardley, working 37.5 hours a week.

In return for your hard work as our Maintenance Planning Supervisor, we can offer a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum plus excellent benefits, including:

The ideal Maintenance Planning Supervisor:

• Planned preventative maintenance of large reciprocating powergen assets
• Experience of running CMMS / SCADA systems to monitor and optimise asset performance
• Proven experience of planning maintenance for Mechanical / Electrical assets or similar
• Ideally, City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering and IOSH Managing Safely.
• Full driving licence

Maintenance Planning Supervisor Responsibilities include:

• Supervise a team responsible for developing and scheduling dynamic maintenance plans.
• Supervise a team responsible for liaising with the Landfill Energy Engineering, Operational & Technical teams to optimise asset maintenance PPM’s, schedules and prioritisation of tasks.
• Supervise a team responsible for calling out, re-routing and liaising with the Reactive Technicians and Engineers
• Supervise a team responsible for liaising with the PPM Technicians, C&I & Electrical Engineers and Major Maintenance Technicians on a daily basis rerouting and scheduling work as dictated by current live events.
• Liaise with Landfill Energy Business Manager(s), Powergen Operations Manager(s) and Business Administrator(s) to compile budgets and routine forecasts.
• Supervise a team responsible for providing weekly maintenance forecast schedules to the Powergen Operations Manager(s).
• Responsible for the completion of parts order requests and liaising with the parts team to ensure timely delivery or spare parts and consumables.
• Oversee the completion of CMMS equipment failure records, work orders and electronic diary entries as required.
