Concession within House of Fraser Plymouth 

Our client is a leading menswear retailer and they are looking for an experienced Retail Manager in menswear/fashion for their concession based within House of Fraser 40 – 46 Royal Parade Plymouth PL1 1DY.

The successful applicant must have managerial / supervisory experience as duties will include managing the concession and team, sales and service, merchandising stock and presentation, plus use of till and card machine.

You will be given training on all their stock, which will give you more confidence in selling their products to potential customers. However previous managerial/ supervisory experience in Menswear Retail is essential. Good merchandising skills would also be an advantage.

Hours of work will be in a varied shift pattern, minimum 40 hours per week, between the following store opening hours, Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm, Saturday 9am to 6pm and Sunday 10:30am to 4:30pm. There may also be extended opening hours over the Christmas period. You will be responsible for organising the department rota, so more hours may be required from time to time to cover staff shortages eg: covering holidays and busy periods.

Salary: £18000 plus commission and target bonus scheme.
