Your new company
You will be working within a fast paced and friendly team, within public sector organisation based in Grimsby, with free onsite parking. The role is for 37 hrs per week.

Your new role
As Business Support Manager you will be responsible for the supervision of work of 4 Administrators, ensuring the efficient and effective administrative and support services are managed effectively within a highly confidential environment. This will include the coordination, planning, development solving of specific administrative projects. Liaising with operational managers, preparation for Ofsted inspections as well as auditing the internet database.

There is also an element of HR support, processing annual leave request, assisting with recruitment of Administration staff and inductions, hold regular monthly supervision and annual appraisals. Diary management, monitoring reminders, IT system management, preparing document packs and providing secretarial and administrative duties for Directors as required. You will also be required to monitor and maintain internal files, auditing DBS records for clients and associates and reporting to managers.

As well as assisting Ofsted inspection preparation, by completing administration tasks as required. You will be working as part of a team, assisting with panel administration, attending panel meetings as a minute taker, carrying out accurate minutes and distributing to all panel members. In addition you will be responsible for providing specific secretarial and administrative duties for the Directors and Managers which will include the preparation of management Information. You will have excellent typing skills and experience in email and letter correspondence and newsletters ensuring there is a consistency in formatting and overall presentation.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience within a Senior Administration, Supervisory, P/A or Secretarial role within a confidential environment would be highly beneficial. You will be able to successfully manage workload at all times with flexibility to meet organisational needs. Due to the nature of the business you will require to obtain an Enhanced DBS.
