This an opportunity to join a well established, family run letting agencies.

This is a senior management role which involves working closely with the business decision makers.

The position of Sales Team Manager involves leading a knowledgeable and friendly team.

The principal responsibility is that of sales team management, helping hit targets, introduce necessary measures and procedures across their two core brands.

In addition there is regular communication with the owners.

They are a small-medium sized team, so there is lots of interaction with all members of the company as well as lots of multi tasking.

The team go on 2-3 day trips around the UK to visit the property at least twice per year.

A candidate must be proficient in computer and web use and have good written and spoken English. Spoken Welsh would be helpful though not a pre-requisite.

This position is full time and will involve occasional weekend work.

Specific responsibilities.
- People management with view to increase team cohesion, contentment and target attainment.
- Manage CRM system, work with external software suppliers.
- Rota, holiday cover and time sheets.
- Team motivation and training.
- Social media responses.
- Lead management- Calls and emails from potential customers
- Training team to optimise sales.
- Checking calls and emails and offering tips to improve.
- Logging communication within a reservation /CRM system.
- Extensive computer experience is essential.
- Opening and closing up offices.
- Being highly diligent when taking payments and recording them.
- Offices are open 8 - 8, 7 days/week, ability to start and or finish at these times. We are also open at the weekends so availability to work all shifts is essential.
- Complaints resolution.
- Problem solving.
- Visiting property throughout the UK at least twice per year.
- Build product and destination familiarity.
- Take a friendly but professional approach to all customers and staff.

Skills required.
- At least 5 years Sales team experience, at least 3 years in sales management.
- A well spoken telephone manner.
- Bachelors degree preferable.
- Strong Intra-personal skills.
- Excellent use of digital communication, specifically emails and social media.
- Supervising proactivity in following up leads.
- A comfort with basic pricing calculations including percentages. Numeracy skills essential.
- Flexibility to cover shifts
- Availability to work shifts within our opening times of 8-8 7 days per week.- Excellent written English.
- Ability to recognise a customer's needs and fulfil them.
