You will be working as part of a team and will be required to deal with a fleet of drivers, liaise with customers and provide excellent customer services. You will have good communication skills and a professional approach to your work.
Duties include, liaising with customers and drivers to dispatch, track and arrange deliveries, including route planning, handling all related telephone calls and administration, and to assist the Transport Manager with other relevant duties.
Must be confident in the use of computers and MS Outlook. A good telephone manner and knowledge of the UK road network essential. Ideally have prior experience working within the HGV or Courier Transport industry.
