Would you like to lead and manage our exciting service in central Cambridge, working with adults with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum conditions?

Could you build a strong staff team to provide this unique support service?  Can you supervise staff in their work with people in need of support, helping them to build life skills, address issues and discover and pursue aspirations?  Are you creative, resourceful, resilient and committed?  Do you want to make a real difference to their lives?  If so, we would love to hear from you.

About You…

We are looking for an exceptional person who has a high level of skill in leading staff teams and in working supportively with adults with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum conditions.

Our successful candidate will also be an experienced manager who is confident and assured, and able to respond effectively to opportunities and challenging situations, delivering a highly personalised support service.
