TEACHER’S SUPPORT WORKER

(Teaching Assistant Level 2)

Part time: 21 hours per week, over 4 days

(term time only plus 5 days)

Salary £16,781 - £17,772 per annum pro rata

Required from January 2017: An enthusiastic, flexible individual to support a visually impaired teacher in the Languages Department.  To include work in the classroom. The main focus will involve work in the classroom supporting the teacher, looking at pupils’ work and providing practical assistant to the teacher.

Knowledge of German and or French is highly desirable and confidence in using ICT is essential.  The post also involves preparing resources, planning with the teacher and entering pupil data.
