Our Consultancy Services team are responsible for the full end-to-end technical delivery to our new and existing customer base. The team is also committed to continual improvement, delivery excellence and developing our intellectual property.

The Cloud Consultant Opportunity:

We are now recruiting for a Cloud Consultant to join our busy Consultancy team, reporting to the Team Manager. The Cloud Consultant will be responsible for the design and delivery of technical solutions to our clients and interfacing with the Consultants within other areas of the business to ensure that project delivery is consistent through the different specialisms. The role itself will remain to be largely delivery focused, however, it will also include training and skill development for the team. 

Cloud Consultant Required Skills & Experience: 

+ Proven technical delivery experience in all identified technology areas
+ Should have solid experience operating at a similar level within a consultancy role
+ Proven project history of EM&S projects
+ Proven project history of Win 10 deployments
+ Proven history of SCSM & SCCM projects
+ A passion to drive innovation
+ A good understanding of project methodologies, such as PRINCE2 & ITIL
+ Demonstrate technical thought leadership in customer-facing situations
+ Excellent commercial awareness in project and program delivery
+ Customer service orientation
+ Strong escalation and problem-solving skills
+ Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with the ability to engage with internal stakeholders through a variety of different mediums with the ability to articulate solutions clearly
+ The ability to work calmly and methodically under pressure
+ Strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
+ Accuracy and attention to detail
+ Proactive in approach with a flexible attitude
+ Team player – understands the importance of collaborative working but can also work independently using own initiative. 

Application Skills / Knowledge:

The Cloud Consultant will be focused around solutions aligned to Microsoft cloud. This is largely focused around the EM&S suite and Microsoft cloud, but as and when our strategic vendors release new technology it will be the responsibility of the Cloud Consultant to learn and become an expert in this new technology as and when it's released.

+ Key Areas:

- Microsoft EM&S (AIP, Intune, AAD, Cloud App Security, ATA, MIM);
- System Centre (SCSM, SCCM, SCOM);
- Windows 10.

+ Desirable:

- Working knowledge of other cloud infrastructure components;
- Power BI;
- Windows Server 2016.

Qualifications:

+ Key Certs:

- MCSA Windows 10;
- MCSE Mobility.

+ Desirable:

- MCSE Cloud Platform and Infrastructure;
- MCSE Server Infrastructure;
- MCSE Private Cloud;
- MCSA Cloud Platform;
- MCSA Server 2016;
- Minimum of 1 MCSE/A.

Location: Field based. We would welcome applications from candidates who live in and around the South East due to frequent traveling to customer sites around the country.
Hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm / Monday to Friday. (37.5hrs per week)
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum plus a car allowance of £350 per month + 15% of basic bonus.
The performance related bonus will be driven by the candidate achieving agreed KPIs throughout the year.
