Day Matron - Fenwick-Smith House

38 hours per week (Monday to Saturday) Term time only, commencing ideally January 2018

You will assist the Boarding Housemaster to help provide a secure and stimulating environment for older boys (aged 15 to 18) in which they can flourish. You will be responsible for implementing the school’s boarding principles and provide counsel and care to our boarders in respect of any emotional, academic or social issues they may have.

Together with a good standard of education, including English and Maths, you should have experience of working with children within a pastoral, social care or teaching context.  You will be child-centred, approachable with a caring personality, possess excellent communication and organisational skills and good IT literacy.
