Our client is a manufacturer for the automation industry.
Main duties:
To provide excellent customer support and to ensure a high standard of customer service on over incoming communications.
The Role:
• To deal with customer queries over the phone
• To explain solutions (product information)
• To process orders
• To answer incoming call
• To handle customers enquiries
• To update orders until completion
The Candidate:
• Fluent in French close to mother tongue standard
• Fluent in English
• Technically minded, previous experience within the manufacturing industry would be ideal
• Previous Customer Service / Advisor / Care experience is necessary (not in retail)
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Friendly, calm and professional manner
• Ability to work within a team as well as on their own
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
