CNC Shift Supervisor (Milling) - Permanent position available!
EMBS are in partnership with a leading engineering company who are currently in the market for a CNC Shift Supervisor (Miller) to join their established business on a permanent basis.
Our client is currently experiencing growth due to existing and new project wins and is now actively seeking an experienced engineer with some supervisory, foreman, team leading, management experience to oversee the CNC Milling Department on Double Day shift (mornings and afternoons).
This role is commutable for people living in the following locations: Leicester, Hinckley, Nuneaton, Tamworth, Lichfield, Coventry, North Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Cannock, Burton on Trent, Ashby de-la-Zouch and other surrounding areas.
Successful applicants MUST be able to demonstrate the following:
* Experienced CNC Milling background
* Previous foreman, team leading, supervisory, management experience
* Ability to set and operate CNC Milling machines using Fanuc controls
* Previous 3 or 4 axis milling experience
* Capable of machining small to medium sized precision components for industries such as; Aerospace, Automotive, Motorsport, Oil & Gas etc.
* Ability to perform first off inspection using manual measuring equipment
* Understanding of engineering drawings and the ability to interpret
* Previously worked with various materials including castings / forgings
* Worked on small volume batch work
