Finance Manager

£40000 - £50000 per annum
Company client is a successful SME who operate in the property sector. Operating internationally, they have been a well established and respected player in the market for a long time. They enjoy consistent, strong performance year on year and look set to continue that trend.
The role:
Client are looking for a qualified Finance Manager, reporting into the Finance Director, to fulfil what is a very broad role, covering both core accounting and analysis around commercial opportunities for the business. Your responsibilities will include:
* Production financial and management accounts
* Preparation of Monthly accounts and KPI's
* Completion of Balance Sheet reconciliations
* Analysis of Monthly costs including variance to budget
* Provide analytical information on potential commercial opportunities for the business
* Prepare budgets, forecasts and targets to identify trends and variances to budgets
* Carry out ad-hoc financial analysis as required by the business
* Involvement in year end procedures
The candidate:
You will hold a full UK accountancy qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA). Previous experience in property would be great, but not essential. You will have experience in a broad accounting role, and ideally have worked within an SME environment.
