35 hours per week – working on a shift system 5 days over 7, including some evenings and weekends (flexibility is required)

You will be responsible for providing our bar and bistro service, ensuring that a professional, efficient and friendly service is maintained. The role will involve the effective control of bar stock, ensuring it is maintained to an appropriate level, as well as maintaining the required level of cleanliness in the bar and cellar areas.
You must be a team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to converse efficiently with both staff members and customers. Previous bar experience would be highly advantageous for the successful candidate.
