A well-established business within the Cloud Computing sector, this ISO 27001 accredited company is an industry leader in Hosted Desktop, Hosted Telephony and IT Solutions. They are looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead their growing Sales and Marketing Team.
The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience selling IT services to medium sized enterprises, ideally with a background in Cloud Technology or similar.
The Role
- Personally generate new business. This will be the primary focus of the role in the first 6 months.
- Grow, manage and mentor the sales team
- Guide the marketing team to help create product and brand awareness
This is a hands on, customer facing role, and the candidate will be expected to form and manage direct relationships with new customers, closing high value deals.
Key Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years proven experience selling to medium sized organisations
- Experience managing teams (minimum of 5 staff)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong IT literacy, and a good understanding of new technologies.
The Package
Salary: £65,000 + Commission - OTE of £120,000
Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday
This is a full time, permanent role, based in our Croydon office, and therefore the candidate will need to be in commutable distance.
