We are looking for IT Support to add to our expanding surveying practice.

Responsibilities

  • To act as an initial point o contact for any IT related issues and to provide technical support
  • To train on and be responsible for CRM system
  • Log and update calls of incidents
  • Providing IT training/assistance where required
  • Actively review issue trends
  • Develop and improve knowledge of IT systems
  • Maintain cohesive IT working practices
  • Role managing and prioritising your own work load as required

Skills

  • General knowledge of variety of IT systems and how they are used within the business environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Window Servers, IT Networking
  • Active directory - group policies, administration etc.
  • Exchange administration and management 
  • Microsoft Office packages
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Managing network printers/scanners
  • General web development knowledge (maintaining company website)
  • A positive, approachable, friendly manner

Much have a minimum 2 years experience in role or similar 

Salary £20,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
