Aldi is one of the most successful retailers on the planet. Fact. But rather than recline on our comfy laurels, we know that our success is down to our people. So we need to keep searching for the most brilliant ones. Take our Managers. They’re the ones who keep everything running smoothly – and we mean everything. Whether they’re looking after our customers, motivating the team, or ensuring that the shelves look perfect, our Managers approach every day with energy, determination and pride.
As a Deputy Store Manager, you’re organised, hardworking and responsible. Someone who can work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager – and deputise when they’re away. You’ll be eager to learn, with the enthusiasm to ensure that we have a happy team, even happier customers and an efficient, high-quality store.
In return, you can expect: an attractive pension, 28 days’ paid holiday plus double pay for any bank holidays worked. There’s also a company sick pay scheme and a long service reward. Most of all, you’ll have some exciting opportunities to progress to Store Management.
