We have a vacancy available for an AUTO BODY PANEL BEATER with experience. The right applicant must have experience using modern repair techniques and have hands on experience with the repair and preparation of vehicles to a high standard. We are looking for someone with the knowledge and ability in panel replacement, welding, panel beating and miracle pull repair system. Be able to work within a team and on their own initiative.

The position is within a well established family run body shop in Stafford with a local reputation for high standards, varied work meaning working on a wide variety of vehicles from everyday cars, motorcycles and light commercials to classic cars and race cars.

A full driving licence (preferably clean) is essential. Skills should include:

• Experience in the repairing of motor vehicles bodies.
• Knowledge of the miracle pull repair system.
• Knowledge and ability in panel replacement, panel beating, sanding and filling vehicle body panels.
• Experience in preparing and masking components / vehicles prior to spraying
• Be able to communicate effectively and resolve problems quickly and efficiently
• Excellent communication, organisational and inter-personal skills
• Self-motivated and with the ability to work unsupervised

Pay is dependent on the level of skill and experience.

Hours are Monday to Friday 0830 - 1700
