Customer Service Administrator – Temporary long term contract

Grimsby

Mon – Fri 8.00 am – 5.00 pm


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join our clients growing customer service team, based on the Europarc in Grimsby. Working as part of their Customer Service Team, you will have strong office administration experience coupled with great communication, attention to detail and organisation skills. Reporting to the Regional Customer Service Manager, you will provide customer service support to designated business sectors within the UK and Ireland.

Your key responsibilities:

  • General administration duties
  • Communication and relationship building with customers, commercial teams and suppliers
  • Provide ad hoc reports as and when required
  • Sales order processing
  • Master data support, ensuring customer details are recorded accurately
  • Administration of contracts, orders and invoices

 

Personal specification:

  • Good standard of GCSE's or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in an office environment
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good attention to detail
  • Relationship management
  • Good team player
  • Pro-active and self-driven
