They're looking for a highly capable and competent Business Services Maintenance Engineer to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced, customer focused and accredited Maintenance Engineer to help support their wider teams and ensure a safe and a pleasant working environment for all colleagues.  Typical responsibilities will include: basic office caretaking, DIY and maintenance (changing lightbulbs, basic plumbing issues, small repairs, changing locks, painting corridors, assembling furniture etc.)  It will be important that you can demonstrate experience in managing contractors and working within health and safety standards.  Appropriate accreditation in H&S, COSSH, working at heights etc. are all essential elements of the role.

Their ideal candidate will be adept at working within a professional services environment and understand the need to change their working style to suit a variety of stakeholders and colleagues.  Professional at all times, they are keen to talk to candidates who are highly organised and thrive in a collaborative team environment where they can work with minimum supervision.
