Account Manager / Sales Executive / Business Development Manager / IT Solutions / SaaS
Account Manager with at least 3 years' experience in a customer facing account management position at a SaaS or technology company is needed by our client, a well-established cloud-based software company based in Manchester.
They are dedicated and passionate about helping businesses increase profitability and improve customer experience, thus created their innovative and powerful SaaS Product Information Management platform to connect suppliers and distributors.
They are now looking for a driven member to join them during this exciting stage of growth and success.
- Overseeing the onboarding process
- Ensuring effective on-boarding, training, education and support
- Demonstrating their computer software platform
- Liaising with their customers and internal teams via quarterly strategic reviews and regular meetings
- Upselling to customers as required
- Developing relationships with customers' senior management
- Negotiating and closing contract renewals/expansions
- Gathering customer product feedback
- You will be required to travel to customer sites
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer facing account management position at a SaaS or technology company
- Strong interpersonal communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to work with senior executives, internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organised (managing up to 50 customers)
- Experience with Salesforce (desirable)
