As part of our proactive growth plan, we are looking for a number of full time, permanent Field Sales Representatives to convert leads supplied from Head Office into profitable sales in the Derby area through acquiring new customers and expanding the product range sold to existing customers.

This is a home-based role requiring travel in the Derby area in addition to the need to attend training and team meetings at our Bradford Head Office from time to time.


To provide an excellent customer service and to build the professional reputation of Safestyle UK plc
To achieve a lead conversion target of at less than 1:3
To add value to the basic sale through in depth product, market and customer knowledge
To liaise between customers and head office departments to provide excellent customer service particularly for complex orders which require further attention to detail
To communicate customer orders quickly and efficiently for processing at Head Office 
To analyse market activity and report findings to the Head Office sales team
To project a positive image of the company at all times

Key Attributes

Strong track record in successful retail sales to the end consumer
Strong, demonstrable customer service ethos
Good technical knowledge of the window/door/conservatories (training will be provided)
Confident, flexible and customer focussed
Good negotiator who can persuade, influence and sell
Ability to work autonomously whilst adhering to corporate process and procedure
Organised with structured time allocation
Effective communication, presentation and IT skills
Personable / sociable nature, able to create good customer relationships
Full UK Driving Licence


£25k basic annual salary
Company car with business mileage
