The Role
This is an exciting position that will give the right candidate real exposure to all areas of the group business including the UK, USA and China websites. The role will involve working with key stakeholders to understand the business challenges being faced and provide sound insight to help make better decisions.

You will be responsible for the leading analytics requirements projects of the wider business, from management information through to complex problem solving and solution delivery providing sound insight derived from the core data possessed within the business. You will use the latest Business Intelligence tools and will be involved in searching out the best methods and solutions for each project based on it's own merits.

With the rapidly expanding nature of the business you will be required to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment on both UK and international projects. As a key member of business insight, you will hold the keys to unlock the potential of the vast information contained within the organisation.

Essential Skills
- Ability to build effective relationships and manage key internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage and deliver multiple Insight and analytics projects.
- A relevant degree in either Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science etc.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly advanced use of Excel.
- Experience of business intelligence tools, particularly Qlik
- Sense or Qlik View would be an advantage.
- Knowledge and experience of using SQL server management studio.
- Strong aptitude for problem solving and getting to the core of challenges.
- Capability to translate business requirements into Insight solutions.
