Since we were formed in 2003, we have invested over £400 million in our homes and we have developed a range of services that go beyond our traditional role as a landlord.

We are seeking to recruit 2 Housing Advisors to join our team in Walsall. As a Housing Advisor in the Tenancy Services Team you will provide a responsive, customer focused tenancy management service to our customers in our neighbourhoods.

You will lead on and manage caseloads, ensuring customers needs are prioritised and dealt with in a timely manner, whilst managing business risks to reduce rent arrears and void turnover. You will be tenacious, passionate and a decision maker.

We want to get the basics right first time, every time, this is why it is important that you have excellent numeracy skills, a confident telephone manner and the ability to use IT software and packages as you will be required to manage a caseload effectively.

In return we ensure our colleagues receive a competitive salary and a great benefits package including 27 days annual leave, an option of pension schemes, health cash plan, and child care vouchers.
