We are looking for a resilient and talented leader to continue our work in delivering excellent care and support services within our Extra Care scheme in Redruth.
Miners Court is one of Cornwall’s few Extra Care schemes which provides a dedicated and professional care and support service 24/7 to individuals in their own homes. As a busy and vibrant scheme, we require a manager to have energy, enthusiasm and creativity in order to support our fantastic team to deliver excellent services. We are approaching a critical yet exciting point in the service where we need someone with great ideas and the ability to positively manage change to help us take this ‘good’ service to the next level. You will have an exemplary track record for successful management, clear and effective communication skills and recognise the importance of partnership working.
