Our client is currently looking for a Graphic Design Manager to join the company and lead its existing team of designers in Truro.
Job Profile
- Magazine layout and publishing,
- Liaising with printers to deliver products to the required specifications and deadlines
- Managing the existing design and production team to continue and further both the design output and successful delivery of products
- Working closely with the directors to effectively develop products that appeal to customers and maximise revenue generation
- Overseeing and playing an active role in the development, design and production of all event graphics, signage and related literature, graphics required for digital products,and all internal promotional materials.
Design and production experience is essential and the following skills & experience would also be required:
- Confident communication/leadership skills
- Confidence in planning and executing production schedules
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and other Adobe programmes
- Degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Knowledge of an animation programme/software (eg. Adobe After Effects) would also be beneficial
