Retail/Sales Advisor
Hammonds, the UK's largest choice of fitted furniture company is looking for an outgoing and driven Concession Retail/Sales Advisor, working 38 hours per week based in Bristol Cribbs Causeway. This exciting opportunity offers the successful candidate an OTE of GBP19k per annum plus benefits and incentives.
Hammonds now have over 90 stores and concessions nationwide and continue to grow, which means we need more people like you to help promote our top quality fitted bedroom furniture from ourHammonds concessions withinFurnitureVillage and NEXT Home inBristol.

As a Concession Retail/Sales Advisor you will have:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service and sales skills
- Outstanding telephone manner
- An outgoing personality and natural persuasive skills that make it easy for you to build rapport with people
- Previous experience in retail sales and working towards targets and KPI's may be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided
- Time management skills, dependable and punctual
- Flexibility with your working hours as weekend and Bank Holiday work is key to this role
Key responsibilities of our Concession Retail/Sales Advisor are:
- Confidently approaching, engaging and building a rapport with customers to identify their needs
- Booking appointments for our expert Sales Design team to visit customers and offer them create, innovative and inspiring designs

- Attractive commissions such as up to an additional GBP10 per appointment you make

You may be currently working as a Sales Advisor, Sales Assistant, Retail Advisor, Store Assistant, Customer Service Advisor, or even fancy a new challenge.
Bristol is commutable from Chipping Sodbury,Bath, Portishead, Weston-Super-Mare, Burnham-On-Sea,Gloucester and surrounding areas.
