On Line People Limited are currently looking for a Technical Clerk to work for one of our major client based in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire. Role is transferable, potential cover at Immingham is also a possibility. This is a long term contract position, working full time hours, 36.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Brief scope of Job / Reason for Appointment:
To support the Maintenance Concept process
The maintenance tasks will be generated from the Maintenance Task Identification (MTI) process and will be written up in a Risk Assessments / Safe Working Procedures ready for tasks to be transferred into the business maintenance system (SAP).
The activities involved are:
Support MTI workshops/meetings to record minutes, capture updates in standard agreed format.
Transfer of data captured into the TSE Maintenance Concept Software Optimizer+ and SAP PM
Participate in the creation and writing of Risk Assessments / Safe Working Procedures / Job Technical Descriptions for every maintenance task identified.
Competencies Required:
• Technical writing skills.
• Self-Motivated.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• A methodical approach to this work with attention to detail as necessary.
• Key Computer Skills:
o Microsoft Office
o Lotus Notes - beneficial but training given
o SAP PM - beneficial but training given
