Senior Commercial Consultant - Warm desk - Dorking
Position: Senior Recruitment Consultant / Principal Consultant - Commercial - Warm desk
Sector: Commercial
Location: Dorking, Surrey
Salary: GBP32,000 per annum OTE GBP70,000
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing full life cycle recruitment including business development and ensuring effective recruitment processes.
You will be working a commercial market within the permanent and temporaries sector.
How will you spend your days?
* Business development - prospect and existing business
* Arranging and attending client meetings
* Candidate registrations
* Negotiating terms of employment with prospective clients
* Account management with existing clients - this is a small part of the role
* Manage advertisement responses through initial screening and qualification
* Using various online job boards and social media tools, you will Source, screen applicants, and network with Candidates
* Update candidate information and activity on our in-house recruitment database
Who are you?
* You will have previous recruitment experience or a sales background
* Confident making sales calls
* Strong face to face skills
* Well presented
* Strong work ethic
* Self-motivated and Enthusiastic
* Tenacious
* Great personality
* Must have a full clean driving licence and own vehicle
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills
