Garage Manager (Commercial Vehicles)

Working with internationally recognised and market leading brands, you will be managing a team of over 11 staff who specialise in breakdowns and recoveries as well as in tyres.
The role will push you to your limits and enable you to grow in capability and confidence. There is an excellent support network and a team of industry professionals around you while you get to grips with the job. Hopefully, over time you will establish yourself as the go-to Garage Manager and will join a long list of predecessors that have gone on to inspire the next generations of Managers under you.
About the Role
We are looking for an inspirational Garage manager within the automotive sector to steer our team of talented individuals and to help them reach their potential. This position comes with huge responsibility, running a very busy garage. With your drive combined with experience, you will be able to inspire and lead the garage, to build upon current successes. You will receive all the support you need from the area Manager as we work together to bring success to the company as a whole.
Essential Skills:
* A strong automotive background
* Have experience with commercial vehicles
* Experience working with large budgets
* Dedicated and passionate approach to all work challenges
Desirable Skills:
* Experience on the retail side of a depot/garage
* Experience working with Health and Safety procedures
