Winner Recruitment are currently looking for a thriving individual to join a very well-established pallet recycling warehouse, on a permanent basis. Our client is looking for someone who is not afraid to work hard, accustomed to manual labour and happy to work in a physically demanding job.

As a becoming part of their rapidly growing team, you will be responsible for the repairs, removal and construction of wooden pallets. You must be able to work under supervision but also well using your own initiative.
Required Experience
• Previous manual labour is preferable but not essential
• Some warehouse experience preferable but not essential
Key Attributes:
• Reliable
• Punctual
• Hard-working
• Physically fit
• Positive attitude towards work
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday
0700 - 1600
Excellent overtime rates available.
Breaks:
Half an hour lunch, unpaid.
Two, 15 minute breaks, paid.
Holiday Entitlement:
28 days per annum including bank holidays
Probationary Period:
Three Months
Salary:
On top of your hourly salary, my client offers a documented bonus scheme based on performance
