Our client is currently looking to recruit a Training, Recruitment and Compliance Administrator on an initial 3 month temporary basis.

The successful candidate must have previous experience within an Administrative role and ideally dealing with training coordination, and ensuring that a company's work is completely compliant. You must have fantastic communication, organisational and problem solving skills, be confident in a busy environment and enjoy working within a team. The role will be based within a team primarily however there will be independent work involved. You will be responsible for parts of the recruitment process, dealing with the coordination of training the training process from start to finish from picking out the required area to organising staff that need to attend, working to the latest legislation in order to ensure compliance, dealing with internal queries, acting as the point of contact for customers, preparing new starter and leaver information (contracts, right to work, start date confirmations etc.) and coordinating inductions amongst more.
