Our long standing client based inLichfield are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Duties will include:

Handling a high volume of incoming calls
Assisting callers with issues or general queries
Liaising with business or commercial customers
Providing quotations and advising customers on costings
Booking in collections and deliveries
Monitoring inbox and responding to customers emails
Experience / Skills Required:

Strong customer service experience
Experience in a similar industry
Driver due to location
IT Skills - including MS Packages
Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday 40 hours per week

Salary:

GBP8.36 per hour for the first 12 weeks rising to GBP18,5000 once permanent
