The Research and Innovation Directorate is seeking a creative and enthusiastic individual with a track record in successful project management and delivery of social media campaigns to support the GAIN & Enterprise Solutions team in a wide range of partnership development and innovation focused projects.

With a background in project development and delivery, ideally in relation to business engagement and partnership development, and with excellent organisational skills you will undertake a variety of duties including:

  • Helping to develop and deliver projects and initiatives that contribute to University objectives, including events, partnership initiatives and networks;
  • Maintaining and developing relationships and networks with customers, partners and stakeholders;
  • Liaising with local, regional and national organisations and funders around potential projects and programmes that meet University and partner objectives;
  • Developing and managing an ongoing social media campaign including e-communications and e-marketing

Enthusiasm, innovative and creative thinking, and a proven focus on problem solving and delivering the highest quality work for customers are all essential. This is an exciting opportunity where you will be expected to operate as part of a team while at the same time being self-motivating and self-reliant.

This is a Full Time position working 37 hours per week on a permanent basis.
