Plant Secretary / Administrator

At our Plant in Amlwch we are looking to recruit:
Plant Secretary / Administrator (18 – 24 months fixed term contract)
You will provide administrative support for the Plant Manager and a number of Plant departments including collating & publishing key plant data, taking minutes & issuing reports; additional responsibilities include reception, mail and switchboard functions, be the site travel & pool car co-ordinator, petty cash management and clerical support for Company suggestion scheme.
With a good standard of general education, you will have previous experience in an administrative role using the full range of Microsoft Office programmes. You must be self motivated with the ability to manage a variety of tasks and work on your own initiative. German and/or Welsh language ability would be an advantage.
