Support Team Leader

One of the UK's largest and foremost law firms is currently looking to recruit an experienced administrator with supervisory / team leader experience within legal or professional services. The Role
As Support Team Leader you would be tasked with ensuring appropriate support resources, operational processes and effective business controls are in place across the team, whilst continuously assessing the quality of support provided to improve client and business outcomes. You will lead a team of Litigation Assistants and Administrators responsible for providing a high standard of support to Personal Injury Case Handlers, managing performance and development, appraisals, monthly review meetings, and supporting the on-boarding of new team members as well as the appropriate processes for joiners, movers and leavers.
The Candidate
The role will suit a confident and resourceful individual with experience supervising and mentoring administrative staff in previous roles, ideally within the legal or professional services sectors. Skills will include…
o Ability to plan own and others' workloads
o Ability to resource plan.
o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
o Calm and assured under pressure, dealing with issues as they arise in a calm and professional manner
