Our internal recruitment role is vital to the continued success of out on-going development programme in attracting leading talent to our leading IT Recruitment consultancy. As such, we are looking fir a self-motivated, responsible, individual who is keen to take the lead on our project of increasing our staff headcount. Reporting to the Board and working closely with our management team, your key mission is to build teams of Resourcers and Recruitment Consultants for our own IT Recruitment consultancy base here in Wilmslow, Cheshire.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:
* Devise Candidate Attraction campaigns on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Company Blog)
* Run advertisement campaigns via online job boards
* Manage external recruiter relationships.
* Screen and shortlist all suitable candidates for interview
* Proactively source additional candidates for interview
* Brief and prep all candidates on the role, company and interview format
* Manage Interview schedule
* Take all interview feedback and deliver to board
* Attend recruitment/graduate events
* Work closely with our HR to ensure smooth on-boarding process

Required Skills:

* Social media savvy (strong understanding of Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook in the business world)

Required Experience:
That's a hard one as this role could lend itself to a multitude of backgrounds. We would be interested in hearing from internal recruiters, candidate-focused recruitment consultants, account managers, advertising & marketing gurus, sales consultants. . . or anyone who feels they fit the bill with required skills.

Progression:
Once established, we will be looking to broaden your role to take on the internal recruitment for 4 other associated recruitment companies.
Salary & Benefits
Up to GBP30k + Commission
