Head of Healthcare & Nursing
£52,101 - £56,355 per annum
42 hours per week, term time plus 3 weeks

They have an amazing opportunity for a Head of Healthcare and Nursing to join their dedicated Clinical Services team. You will be working on a vibrant school and college campus with a friendly feel that has received a draft report from their recent CQC inspection rated Outstanding. They are at the cutting-edge of healthcare delivery, supporting students with often exceptionally complex needs.

This role will be responsible for leading the delivery and development of an excellent nursing and dietetics service for their students. You will achieve this through effective operational management, inspirational leadership, and a desire to continually improve. You will also be working closely with the Clinical Services Director in a deputy capacity. You will be working in a truly multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic health care and with the benefit of seeing the on-going impact of your contribution.

Candidates should have a good balance of recent hands-on clinical practice and managerial experience. You will be qualified to RN Level 1 with an active registration and demonstrable evidence of post registration CPD. The successful candidate needs previous experience in relevant clinical standards, regulatory requirements and leading/developing quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will be approachable, engaging, passionate, inspirational and willing to go the extra mile.
