My client is looking to recruit an experienced Service Desk professional/Continual Service Improvement Analyst to ensure the effective delivery of continual service improvement throughout IT.
The CSI Professional will champion the customer, ensuring a first class service support.
Working in a Continual Service Improvement capacity, the Senior Service Desk Analyst will
- Ensure the correct level of knowledge, skills and experience is present to enable this level of service experience
- Work with customers to move resolutions closer to the customer, building both internal and external relationships
- Create and maintain supporting documentation
- Resolve stalled tickets
- Drive forward change through the analysis of ticket resolutions, escalations and reports
- Work closely with Transition, Problem, Change and Config Management teams
More specifically, this will involve working with the internal Service Desk, project engagement and early life support along with complex incident resolution and continual service improvement activities/disciplines.
The successful Service Improvement Analyst will be able to demonstrate proven experience in Customer Service/Service Desk within an ITIL led environment.
