Customer Support / Service Technician / Office Assistant - Digital Healthcare Solutions
£16,000 - £20,000 depending on experience
Based in Surrey, we are a growing, friendly, well established company operating in the Telehealth market. We are looking to recruit a person to fulfil a number of roles which combined together make an interesting and varied full-time position.
Those roles include:
- Customer Support:
+ Fist line telephone support for our Telehealth products and services. This will require knowledge of our in-house systems – full training will be given but it will be essential that the systems are learnt quickly.
+Respond to technical support emails and calls and accurately log issues.
- Field Service:
+Visit patients in their homes to install and maintain our monitoring equipment. You will need to be able to drive your own car and will be paid for mileage. It is essential that you have a kind, friendly and patient demeanour for this part of the role.
- Office Duties:
+Be the first point of call for any visitors/clients entering the building
+Cover the main switchboard and direct calls to the correct department
+Take messages and relaying them to colleagues
+Book the meeting room and manage the meeting room diary
+Arrange courier and taxi services
To fulfil this role you should have previous customer service experience and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail. You will need to respond to customers quickly and accurately as you will be the customer’s first point of contact and our customer service is important. Potential customer’s first impression of our business could depend on you! Attitude is everything.
Customer Support / Field Technician / Office Administrator Essential Skills:
+ Previous experience in a customer service role
+ A bright and friendly personality
+ GCSEs in English and Maths at B grade or above are essential. Ideally, you will also have qualifications to A level or equivalent in two or more subjects
+ Full UK driving licence and own car
+ Professional, friendly and patient telephone manner
+ Good IT skills and ability to learn new in-house systems quickly
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
+ Proficiency with Android type technology
+ Ability to retrieve, organise, analyse and enter data accurately
+ Good general admin skills
+ Good attention to detail
+ Ability to work without direct supervision
